PROJECT 1: MACKENZIE COUNTY, ALBERTA CANADA
HIGHLIGHTS
Circa US$35m invested to date by founding shareholders in land & rights acquisitions, product certifications etc.
Valued >US$110m - 5 million hectares forestry assets with 20 years formalised & approved deciduous cutting rights including co-op agreements with respective First Nations. Forestry Management Agreements independently audited.
60 acre production site with approved consent for industrial use - owned freehold by Powerwood Canada Corp.
All permits acquired for plant construction. Federal government supplied environmental permits issued after completion of phase 1&2 engineering.
LOCATION
Plant 1 will be constructed at Peace River, Mackenzie County, Alberta Canada. Working
in partnership with incumbent First Nations, the production site is located adjacent to the
forestry land allocated for feedstock delivery and benefits from excellent transport links.

British Columbia, Nova Scotia (partnering with Secure Energy and Total Energie, France). Estimated 220,000 tons pa capacity.
NEW BRUNSWICK
New Brunswick (partnering with New Brunswick Energy). Estimated capacity in excess of 500,000+ tons pa.
FUTURE PROJECTS: EUROPE (POLAND, CZECH REPUBLIC, SLOVAKIA, UKRAINE)
It is envisaged that further projects will be built on a “cookie Cutter” model of Project 1, working with the same teams to deliver the much sought after bio fuel.
Further sites are currently in development and will include a second site in Canada and sites in Europe including Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia and Ukraine, the later supporting development of sites post conflict to assist the migration from relying on Russian fossil fuels.
